Selling High Traffic Vendor Houses

Re: Selling High Traffic Vendor Houses
I'm not bashing, just trying to help ya out. I paid 200k for the 1st house directly south of the yew moongate. someone offered 250k to the previous owner but backed out.
If you can hold em, great, but if you're really looking to sell em, I'd suggest dropping the price and open bidding with buyouts set at ur 250k mark

Re: Selling High Traffic Vendor Houses
Right. a 250k buyout would be reasonable.
Start the auction at deed price + a bit.
Then post "Seller reserves the right to withdraw or decline offer at his own discretion"
That way, people will actually bid, they know that it's not guaranteed if they bid too low, and you can ultimately decide if it's worth it. Just don't let your own greed get in the way of a decent sale.

I said selling "spot", but meant "house". It's an actual placed house.

Re: Selling High Traffic Vendor Houses
Point stands, no one should be criticizing the price NOR hijacking it with other for sale offers.
