Where can I find Mark and Recall, I haven't played much UO and I have no idea where to find these spells.

those are pretty common on vendors around here, check out the huge selection north of vesper

Sorry but I can't seem to find out how to get to vesper. I tried the moongate but it does not take me there.

The moongate will take you to a place between minoc and vesper, go east from there
