Seems like the "unique" location houses market has gone flat. For a bit there they were selling like crazy. I wish you good luck selling this next time. Maybe the market will turn around.

Lucy knows what I mean. Her bridge house was tough to sell too. I actually had that spot before she did thinking it's unique-ness would draw bidders and ended up just re-deeding because there wasn't much interest (and I wanted to jump on an opportunity to place it in what I thought would be a more valuable spot).

That house was a hardcore sell. Ended up selling for deed +35, but I had 15k into it : X
