Fagabeefe (the current house owner), has offered to co-own this guy back to his house and allow him to work off the cost of the deed when he can, and then transfer it over. I believe he's going to also provide 500 bolts of cloth, wood, ingots, each reg etc. Also any house addon's he would need.

I am sure Fagabeefe would appreciate any donations of coin etc that are made to him so that he could give the guy ownership directly. 192k gold is a lot to just give away. So if you guys want to make any donations, please do so!

I hate that you lost your house, but the housing decay mechanics are in the code. No doubt you thought you refreshed your house but for some reason your house didn't refresh (didn't open door, server wars, got distracted, was drunk, refreshed a bunch of other houses but forgot this one, Hollande placed a 75% tax on the house and it fell from the weight of taxes, your co-owner transfered it to someone else, your calendar was wrong, you had a psychotic episode, you're running a sympathy scam, etc.). Rest assured it's your fault. Not trying to be a dick, I've just learned over the years here that when something goes missing (like an item or a house) there's ALWAYS a logical explanation, even if you can't put your finger on it just now. Sorry.

If you need a deed to buy a new house, let me know and I'll hook you up.

I fully accept the fact that it is sorta my fault. I agree.
I also agree I am 100% sure I did open the door. But you're right, a bunch of other stuff could've interfered.

I am also quite overwhelmed by all the responses that I got for support on the forum. Let's just say I will never forget this, and I will be staying for sure.
Just don't expect me to run around everyday (at least for some time). PPL could've been dicks about this issue (and rightly so), so I appreciate it all the more.

Also, Yes I'm from Québec, Canada... it's cold and dark right now but days are starting to get longer again so there's always that... 2 more months of cold then it's going to be nice again
