I own a house on the southern tip of verity isle and have been offered 200k a few times. Might want to hold onto it for a little longer.

Heath, thats a bad example of prices on glow island, Marfu of $$$ Just tried to offer you that cause he wanted the house now kinda deal ($$$ owns alot of the houses) so really the people willing alot for glow houses are $$$ members and the guild, and we have no interest in this spot (we used to own it and packed it up) but it is a Excellent vendor location!! this is no doubt!

Aye, shasta sold a similar spot (although it was along the water), about a screen or so west of this house for 80k a couple weeks ago. I wasn't expecting to get anywhere near 200k, just suprised of the low interest.

Besides that, Mat has already placed a bid and if that is the end bid the house is his. I wouldn't "hold onto it" simply due to the fact I'm not a big fan of people pulling auctions after bids have been placed, that's why jesus invented minimum bids/reserve pricing.
