Horse stamina

So, do people just tend to pvp/pvm on foot due to horse stam?also how much time do you think it would take to gm provocation and musicianship from 40?

Moving 4x as fast is also a key factor

I thought in this era most people were on foot for some reason? like uo rebirth? but then again Mabie im thinkin of a dif era cause there was also no meditation. Now that I think about it, how does this shard differ from Hybrid, besides insta hit?

Most people were, in 1999. Gold was harder to come by (you'd be splitting the farming of bone knights, for example, which are just horrible for making a lot of gold, but there was always so many people on that you could almost never have a spawn to yourself). So 600-800 gold for a horse seemed like a lot. Plus, you'd die an awful lot more (not knowing as much about mechanics as we do these days, plus lag!). Just my theories. Of course, UOSA here is made up mostly of the more sophisticated 1999 players. So while maybe 30% of UO was mounted in 1999, of the people who play here and now, maybe 80% of us were mounted back then.
