Trying to place a large house

I'm new to this shard and i've finally saved up enough for a large house.

I've searched around the shard for about an hour and it seems that everywhere i go there is a castle taking up all the room that i would need to place my L house.

If anyone knows if there are still any spots open can you please send me a message or post?

I just dropped a 14x14 because I placed a tower(you think an L shaped is hard to find a spot for, try finding a spot for a tower). It was south of Skara right next to a keep. If you're still online I can show you the exact location, but I'm going to bed soon.

It is hard to place a large house. I just placed on yesterday, and spent 2 hours wondering the wilds of Sosaria before finding a space. But there are spaces. During the course of normal gameplay I saw another later on.

Guys, c'mon it's not THAT hard. I spent a few hours wandering around a couple of days ago just to see what kind of spaces were out there...

I found space for at least 5-6 L shapes, if not more...I even found space for a couple of towers. They weren't in the most desirable of areas (aka BFE), but they weren't awful either (ie no swamps or ice). Some of them actually had some nice looking views.
