scavenger hunt...

I just found a scroll in my bag for a scavenger hunt. I think I have deciphered the hints and am now trying to complete it. I can't figure out what it is I need to collect though. I believe I am at the correct spot. Will there be something obvious for me to collect? Any information on these scavenger hunts would be appreciated this is my first one. Thanks.

Well I can only asume this scavenger hunt is some sort of joke as I have talked to alot of people and know one has it or even heard of it. I have gone all over the bridge going from Vesper to the strip and nothing I also have no clue what in vesper I am to click on to collect the Vesper part of the quest. The hints are verry vague and like I said i have tried to use the collect button on the whole bridge and nothing. So this really seems like a joke to me.
