Rares?

This may have been answered but I couldn't find it. Do daily rares still spawn? Do they spawn at each server reboot? I see lots of the daily rare items and many other extremely rare items. Any information on how to obtain these would be great.

There are a lot of rare spawns, and the time/day (day, week, etc) they spawn varies. The onus is on you to figure out when and where. There are plenty of homes that have runebooks with the locations of the common spawns.

Ok I gave it some time and I still can't figure out how so many people have rare items. I have spent quiet a bit of time chasing rare "random" spawn and have not been able to get a single item. Are there any secrets or tips anyone would like to share?

be more persistent then the competition and you will get item.
