I am now offering charged runebooks in my Library on a regular basis. Going to try and keep my books fully charged... so start using charges!

Wow, what a guy! It's like finding out Wal-Mart will have free donuts everyday when you walk in the door...

Except my recall scrolls are proudly made on UOSA and not imported from other shards! Using my charges supports player economy (I buy the scrolls from other people)
