Rare Spawning Locations...?

Ive been on the hunt for various rares now and have acqired near to every spot of the rares there are to sell, but I have 2 in question at the moment... Could someone shed some light and help me out by telling/showing or posting a picture of where the ( Horse Shoes ) and the ( Music Sheet ) I've searched nearly 12 different rune libraries and cant seem to find it. Back in OSI, i remember a music sheet spawning upstairs at the yew bank, but haven't heard any confirmation that this is still true, and the horseshoes used to be in serps hold in the forge area just up one building from the wire spawn from the armory. Anyone got any information?

sheet music probably spawns in the star chamber.

both those are t2a spawns so they dont have runes
