What year or time frame is this server based on in T2A?
I was looking through the patch notes and saw some stuff that are not the same on here as the patch notes say. So I started thinking that maybe we are based on the way it was from the start of T2A but then I saw patch notes that we have implemented so I am lost as to what I am looking at or for. It would be awesome if you could let me know what point in T2A I should be looking at in the patch notes

Late November 99 disregarding any patchnotes that were in place only to trumpet in UOR.

Ok ty. This explains alot about why things are not as I remember as there were alot of changes that happened toward the end that are on here that I didnt have much experience with. Thanks for your help
