Leasing Yew shop?

I have a shop pretty near the Yew moongate that I don't want to sell, but because I haven't been playing a lot recently is currently not being used.

I was wondering if there was any interest in leasing it (on a weekly or monthly basis), and if so how much I should be charging.

if you aren't playing much do it on the cheap weekly or monthly to start with.
stocked vendors in decent locations can only help out activity.
