Vent troubles...

lately i've been having a problem with vent. now i know i've got the right details typed in for uosa. and it says 'server is available. press connect' and i press connect. then it gets stuck at synchronizing... i usually have to restart my comp. to get it to work for a temp. time again. just wondering if anyone knows what the problem is or how to fix it.

Are you using a 3rd party firewall? I've noticed my Symantec firewall will crash after a few days of running, and it'll prevent any other connections from starting until the computer is restarted.
