House Trouble

Hello All,

Just wanted to get this question out there. I tried to place a dart board that I made in my house. When I clicked on the wall it said "You can only place that in a house you own." Puzzled I clicked on the house sign and sure enough my characters name was there. I only have one character with that name and as that character was the one who purchased and placed the house, I figured I was the owner. Just to test it, I transferred the ownership to a friend of mine who then in return transferred the ownership back to that character. I checked and my name again was on the deed to the house (sign) but I could still not place. I am afraid that I will not be able to place other, more important things like loams and the like. Any thoughts?
