Is there a difference between the quality of items, out of treasure chests from t maps of different levels, aside of the quantity ?

Yes... and No.
You have equally the same chance of getting some items, but no chance of getting others.
For instance, Rings do not drop in any of the 1-4? treasure map chests, or at least that is what this thread discusses: http://forum.uosecondage.com/viewtopic. ... 8&start=15
You can see towards the end of the discussion that Matron pulled a ring from a level 5. They are exceedingly rare though, especially in comparison to dungeon chests.
As for the quality of Magical items, you can pull Vanqs etc. from treasure map chests. Look at this thread to see the items I pulled mostly from level 1 chests:

Since then I have done a couple hundred more T-Maps, mostly level 1s, and have about that same amount/quality of loot again. I have solely treasure hunted since I started here in Mid-December, and have used the loot from mainly level 1 chests to purchase 2 small house, 1 large brick, and 1 tower, all placed myself.
