Been lvling up stealing the last couple days and I've noticed you cant seem to steal packs over 7 stone even with skill in the 90s (at 97 now). I thought you could steal weight in stone up to 1/10th of your stealing skill, so 10 stone max at GM.
Is this not the case, am I missing something?

Are you taking into account the weight of the pack itself? IE if you click a pack it will say 1 item 7 stones, but that doesn't include the weight of the pack itself.
If you watch how many stones you are carrying then drop the pack and pick it up you'll be able to tell how much it weighs total.
