Is there anywhere you can buy a horse if you're red?

There is a guard station, east of Britain, if you follow that road the whole way, under which sits an animal trainer that will sell you horses for double the in-town price (about 1,600).

EDIT: the guard station is technically "unguarded", of course, as it pertains to the guards that teleport in and smite criminals
