Earthquake Damage! *rumble*

I have a few questions about the spell Earthquake. In the T2A wiki, it says this spell does 80% damage. I've also read that it does 1/3 of hp damage. Which is it? I've seen this work in pvp/CTF and the damage is sometimes really high. Also, it seems to drain a lot of stamina, which is awesome. But how much does it drain? Also, is this spell affected by eval int? And since the damage is percentage based... are you unable to kill someone with an earthquake?

p.s. since I mentioned stamina drain, what spells do this? I've noticed Explosion and fireball (I think) does this.

Anything that does enough damage, or does damage when you're low enough on health, will sap stamina as well. I don't know the exact numbers, but here it seems to be the case that 25% health is the point at which nearly anything will drain stamina. I don't know the relationship between damage and stamina at high health levels.

I remember EQ removing 50% of a player or monster's remaining HP, but this was in UO:R. Here, it's 60%, but it definitely has a minimum damage when it's cast upon NPC's, because it can kill monsters. It cannot kill players; it has no minimum damage against players, so theoretically when you're at 1 HP, it will do 0 damage.
