If I unfriend someone who has a vendor at my house, how do I get rid of their vendor?

Wait for death or ask the player nicely (I don't think there is a real way, I have one of those at my vendor.. the player quick and now we're counting the unknown days till it dies). On OSI I remember you could have a GM move them outside your house, that would prevent the person from restocking the vendor if I'm not mistaken (but I may be)
