stealing from my pack horse??

So i remember being able to train stealing with my own pack horse. Im in a guild (not thieves guild) and i have told the pack horse to guard me. It went from blue to green so i know it is guilded and i still get a message "you catch yourself red-handed". any suggestions on how train stealing with my own pack horse or on my own?

i know in another thread derrick you said that you should be able to steal from your own if your in a guild and its on "all guard me". should it work? or do i need to practice on a guild mate?

I don't think the all guard me trick works right now. It's on the list to verify and fix.
