Is there a way
Is there a way
To make my actual UO playing screen bigger? I normally play in full screen, or I used to before using Razor and now that I am I have alot of "real estate" on the monitor for bags, spells, radar, etc but I dont need all of it. I would like the screen to be a little bigger.

It's called force screen size. I'm at work right now so can't see Razor but it has a spot for you to put in your resolution. It increases the actualy play window, and decreases the amount of black area you have.

in razor go to More Options tab, and on the bottom right
you will see Force Game Size
check that box and try 800x600 to start.

2nd.
It's super easy =)
Re: Is there a way
What is the bigger size? It has 1024x768 in there now and when I clicked it it said I'll have to restart.
Re: Is there a way
It can be any size you want. 9000x9000 if you have a screen big enough, or 150x150 if you are insane. Razor has to retart the client to force the resolution no matter what size you pick, but once you reload that game size will be permanently fixed until you disable or change the option (which will require another restart)

<Zedd[afk> if theres ever a uosa convention and you pked me once ur getting ran over with a truck

Whats the largest anyone has gotten this without having the tiles not loading on the corners of the screen?

Like you, I also used to play in fullscreen mode. So going to windowed mode for Razor was hard on the eyes. Hah
My desktop's resolution is 1920x1200, so I have a lot of area to fill. I ran into the same issue with setting the UO play area too large and seeing horrid artifacts and tearing on the landscape. I found on some other shard's forum a recommended size of 1200x990, which I've been using ever since.
There are minor 'missing polygons' from the landscape, sometimes, and running in a circle clears those up. But it's not enough to annoy me.
Also, while you are playing with the force game size setting, you do not need to restart the client. Just go to the "options" button on your paperdoll and hit "apply", and what you set in Razor will apply immediately.

What about the lag. Game seemed to be running slower.
