post a ping to the server ..
and tracert

Do this my first going to start.
then run..
then type cmd..
once window comes up (command line)
in it type
ping uosecondage.com

now still in cmd type
tracert uosecondage.com

then copy paste that to the Server Client support section with maybe a quick ref. in subject to your problem.
