Mana Question

Hello every one im tinking about mana and my question is what can i cast with 25 on intelligence or 30 what is the max level i can cast with low mana ?

6th circle, 40 mana for 7th

    Skill: 66.1/--
  • Eighth CircleMana: 50
    Skill: 80.1/--
Even at GM magery you will fail to cast 7th and 8th circle spells sometimes. The general consensus is that an 8th circle spell has ~50% chance to fizzle at 100.0 magery.
