This house is in a great location. SE in Trinsic Jungles and has absolutely no houses within 10 screens. There's no monster spawn in the area, some light animals such as cougars and gorilla's. Happy Bidding. PM me in irc, Volcun

Is this the spot?

If so its nothing like pictured, and the closest house is 4 screens away, not 10. There is also spawn here.
