New event idea.

So I recently had an idea for a new event that would be acceptable using the current rules governing events.

A pink moongate will bring you to a fairy island in Trammel where a magic leprachaun will give you a neon ridable llama in the color of your choice if you can best him in one on one combat. If you fail, you'll be transported to the nearest bank with all of your loot.

This, like the current events, is merely a policy issue.

Like current events, it will remove you from the game world and bring you into an instance where you cannot be harmed except by the leprachaun.

Like current events, it will test your abilities in LEETPVP.

Like current events, if you do well. you recieve a nice little item.

Like current events, if you do poorly, nothing bad happens.

Multiple copies was the idea so no one has to actually interact with anyone else in the game.

Sign ups just like ctf/double dom etc

Can use ctf or monster bash map

20-30 Minute game non free use

Both teams race to collect fame/karma from monster spawns on the map
the same way they race to collect points now from player kills/flags
We know that fame/karma have a number value tied to them from the myuosa page so it should be trackable by team

If a player dies they get 15 seconds and rez at the spawn point (like in ctf) with their bank box open (like a tournament) but their team will lose alot of fame (same rules apply as real world, you lose more fame the more famous you are).
If your players murder the other teams players they will lose a lot of karma etc ( higher your karma when you murder a player the more karma you lose for your team). Of course this is all just numbers, players wont actually lose fame/karma/get murder counts. They will reset to their original numbers when they entered the game.

When a player clicks the scoreboard it will show -
Team purple fame 15483, Karma -19348 Total score -3865
Team Brown Fame -5003, Karma 14303 Total Score 9300

Teams would need to decide how best to spend thier efforts, gaining fame and karma from monsters while protecting the spawns form the opposing team (taking karma losses, but costing opponents fame)
I think this game would have a lot of dynamic to it and be pretty fun
