lockpicking and a mysterious chest

Im at 95.1 lp and 67 detect.i found this chest,and when i start my lp attempt it says "you dont know how this lock can be manipulated".
How can it be? if the chest wasnt lpable at all (maybe a special key is neded,i thought),it would say "you cannot pick this"(or somthing like that).The wiki states that with 95 lp 60 det you should be able to open lvl5.Is there something harder than a lvl 5,or the wiki isnt correct?

It's probably something the staff placed and locked/secured I would guess?

Check to make sure you are at 95.1 (real) lockpick and 60+ (real) detect. It would help if you said what chest your talking about.

Im at 94.8 real,95.1 shown.working to get to 95 real.Thought that shown skill was the only thing that matter

As far as revealing the location of the chest:this will be my last option,if 95 real wont work either.Try to understand this I can only say that the chest is in town,and im hoping for a rare spawn
