Is late -98 more of a "priority" than early -98?

Seems like they are trying to emulate the game play and build of that near the end of 1999 (with a few exceptions) so things that were removed in 1998 shouldn't be here.

Anything before Nov. 23, 1999 and some things from that patch make it in.

-Entering "none" for a title strips the title from that player.

Has this been implimented? When I tried this a while back it displayed the actual word "none" overhead

anything that was "Removed" prior to may '99 should not be here at all. But this particular feature was removed prior to T2A I believe.
