[*]Quick get away if you are being attacked at ice dungeon.
[*]Already has house security set up you just need one more piece of furniture to complete it.
[*]Not much spawn as you can see.

Hi, im looking for my first house to buy.

This looks like a fine house. I don't understand the price tho.

What is the deed price? What would be the total price I dont understand!! =P

Edit: deed is worth 43k + 10k = 53k right ?
