Sandals

Post by Orbanaz »

I have a question about sandals. I see a lot of posts about buying/selling sandals of certain colors. I'm just wondering how to tell which colors are valuable and how to make sure you have that exact color.

I hear black and a certain color red a worth a lot, but I'm not sure which.

Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

Brown sandals are worthless, any tailor can make these, and any cobbler sells them.

Black sandals rarely spawn on some npcs (tailors for instance), assuming they still spawn. There are a ton of them in the economy, but they still fetch like 200k. These are pure black, they have no gradient shade.

Red sandals are probably the next "rare" color from NPC's, They are really dark in hue, and it's almost hard to tell they are red at all. They are more common than pure black sandals, but less common than any other color.

Silver sandals come from brides, you can also find NPC cobblers actually selling them! They are by no means rare, but some people desire them

There are several shades of blue sandal. These usually come from NPC mages. They are practically worthless.

Then there are the "neon" sandals.
They are not "neon" at all in fact. They are simply sandals that appear to have been dyed using a dye tub. They are often bright in color, most people blessed them, though some are not blessed (yet). These were obtained through exploiting an inaccurate system earlier in the shards history where player-vendors outfits could be picked, and the color could be chosen, then the vendor dismissed and sandals taken. It's really obvious when you see these, they are a complete eyesore, and probably sell in the 1.5 million + range non blessed.
