Gaining Meditation

Hi all,

I'm having trouble gaining meditation, it's incredibly slow. I'm at nearly GM magery and only at 66 med. Is there a cheap method to gaining beyond that?

Used to be able to use alcohol but they recently patched that.

Yeah I was aware of that, telling me how I can't gain it isn't really helping though
