I have 2 patios for sale Number 1 and number 3
nice yards, great neighbors.

Room for expansion as both patio spots fit towers, confirmable on test center.

Low spawn occasional Orc or gargoyle, ettin.

Way overpriced. Ill buy the 3 spots for deeds + small deed, and i hate to say it, but even after i place two towers i still might not make money on it.

Ill Pass, and the goal was to find someone who could actually use the area not someone looking to get it wholesale to resale.

I mean starting bid is deed + small for the most part for each of them.

I think you have a harder time making money because people dont trust you I see spots go for deed +small all day on here in worse locations.

Since I just bought a house from Lotus over the weekend, I thought I'd mention that he is very trustworthy and the deal went smooth. Those bidding on this particular transaction should not have any issues.
