Anyways, because of this, I don't know if some type of movement delay is normal in the game. As in, when walking/running somewhere, and I turn around, the character stops for a bit (less than a second) and then begins moving in the new direction.
This makes movement feel a bit sticky, and I'd like to know if this is just how it's supposed to play. Looking at some videos on youtube, I can't exactly tell if the movement has this delay. Note, I have Use Smart CPU Usage Reduction off, so if the delay isn't normal for the game, that shouldn't be the problem.
