Seeking locations for a large brick - player run tavern

Hi all,

I've been working towards buying a large brick since I started here with the intention on creating a player run tavern called "Sanctuary".

I'm looking for some locations that are convenient, this could be close to a well known town or moongate that would allow players from all areas to easily travel to the venue. I'm hoping to have the venue staffed by players with an interest in roleplaying and moderating the clientele of the tavern.

I haven't got quite enough money together for purchasing this yet, however if any of you have any property, I'm open to suggestions and you're welcome to PM me. Also any donations to this cause are appreciated as I intend to form this Tavern as a focal point for roleplaying on the shard.
