Cant lock or release in house

I'm co-owner to a house verified by me looking on the list but I can no longer lock down or release objects in the house. This just started happening, but I can't remember the last time I locked or released something though.

Is that character an OWNER of another house? If so, he stays on any co-owner lists he is on, but only has the privileges of a friend.

So if the ownership of that character house is transferred...can he have the co-owner privileges at the other houses?

Yea he is. In fact I probably havent tried to lock or release anything since I've acquired that house I own. Thats probably it. Thanks mate.

Yeah, once the toons doesn't own any houses, he can be a real co-owner again.

I just did a major overhaul of the ownership of all of my houses, which is a serious pain in the ass. When you transfer ownership of a house, both the friends list and co-owners list are cleared for that house, so you have to readd everyone.
