Program for T-hunting? Help!
Hey,
I know there is a program that helps with treasure hunting, that works with the runebooks that are at some rune libs? I just can't remember the name of the program and I've had a really hard time finding any info about it on the internets.
Can someone please help me out with this?
Thanks!

No one knows? If I am remembering correctly, it would display images of each treasure map nad have a corresponding number for it. After that when you recall on the rune with that number you would be standing on the spot or one tile away etc.

click on the appropriate area of the map
Thanks for that link and the response.
There is a program or maybe a UOAM plug-in that did exactly that, I am sure of it.
Anyone have any idea what it was called?

Devilsdrug u can add Tmap locations to your UOAM and name them accordingly... its gonna take alot of leg work.
Just use the link yossarian provided.. it is by far the best way to Thunt.... and ALL UOSA Tmap Rune librarys are linked with that stratics page.

That wasn't it either. There is a much easier program to use. Anyways, I found it!
Thanks for replies.

It's called "UO TREASURE HUNTING TOOL". It basically just shows the map or britannia and then you click on the section of the map. After you bring up a certain section of the map it has the numbers for each map, then once you click the number it shows the exact copy of the T-map.
It's really easy to use, kind of hard to explain I would just try it. Much easier than any other way I've found.
You can download it here:

You have to sign up to DL it but it works great!

It actually is very cool. It appears to be able to export to UOAM and tells you what runebook the number is in. Gives some info about the location and spawn at map locations and has a small section outlining what to monsters drop what maps and what loot to expect from different lvl chests. IDK if the info is accurate to era, but it might be useful to a beginning T hunter. Good program, perhaps it should be linked to in the T hunting guide.

ah i've seen this before but never actually used it.
i was going to do (well, it's done, just missing a file for to work in vista/7) up an offline version of the stratics page packaged up in a self contained web browser but this is just as useful and even slightly better..
