for some reason i can't post any pics and making me frustrated!! But! the vendor is located on the northeast road connecting Minoc and Vesper. It's a wooden small by the name of An Exceptional Shoppe. I have 10k in there atm but im not sure how long they will stay

If your still lookin, there is another board vendor just up the road a bit...maybe 6-8 screens.
