I'm selling my patio, as I have no need for it anymore.

Its located in an area with almost no activity - a few spawns do wander the area, but its very limited. Just to the west of the patio theres room to place 1 small house - South of the patio theres room for 2+ small houses.

Price is deed + small deed...

If you by furniture mean the tables, then yes.
The chest's will be removed as its too much of a hassle to empty them, rather then moving them
I'm not moving the crates as they're empty.

I'd hold on to it then, this is no way trying to bash you or your house but houses have not been selling the past week or two. There are keeps forsale that haven't even been low balled yet!
