Was Change to Yew Crypts Intended

I just reviewed the initial posts in Patch Notes, back to Patch 130 - May 21, 2010: "a big patch of small goodies?" I could not find any mention of a change that would have, or should have, affected the Yew Crypts. But, neither Red Mages nor Lich Lords spawn at the Yew Crypts any more and the Moongate portal to Brit. is now also gone.

Was this an intended result of one of the past patches and I simply missed it? Or was the spawning of the Red Mages and Lich Lords there at the crypts a cyclical event and I can look forward to it's eventual return? I should note that regular Liches do still spawn, in the outer buildings, but in isolated room where a Provoker's skills are not very useful.

I miss the mahem caused by this specific spawn
