Where on the site can I find the Shard Tournament Rules?

I can't remember what non-free-use means, or free-use

Also magics? (I assume Magic weps) pot&potions.

If the other tournaments don't state any of the above that means they aren't to be used correct?

Just want to make sure I know the rules cause they vary from different servers and I don't want to get disqualified or make things take longer then they should.

non free use means that you use up regs/pots etc
free use means you only need 1 of each reg and pot, and you can use them indefinitely
magics = use anything.

unspecified seems to usually mean POTS + NO MAGICS + FREE USE
