It's been a pain in the ass finding some stuff locally, gate scrolls in particular, and I stumbled on this guys place yesterday after running the whole island who was stocking some scrolls that I hadn't noticed being stocked before at that shop.
Exit the south fence and then bear left and it's one of the first two little houses that you see. Just a plug for somebody selling stuff I've had a harder time always finding and I don't know even though I live a couple screens away. I did buy 30 of them so that may have skewed sales projections.

I've always got gate scrolls on my vendor...along with recalls, marks, and EV's.
