Killed in Guard Zone

A little help, I was in Brit area up by the mountains near what I call Florida Mountain part. My game locked up so I waited for a few minutes to see if it would unfreeze. When it did I found someone came by killed me and looted my body. I thought you could not attack anyone in the Guard Zones??? or you would be killed out right by a guard...

only if you / another player / an npc sees and calls the guards.

Well that seems like BS to me, since I tried it twice in a guard Zone found two people not moving no where near a guard but still in a guard zone and I attacked them Guess what a guard shows up with out a word being spoken by the other person.

If you are not within 7 tiles of any NPC (not just guards) then you can safely attack another player if no player calls guards. If you are within 7 tiles of an NPC you will get guardwhacked.

Where is this place you call Florida mountains? =)

And what everyone says is true. NPCS inside buildings not in line of sight of crime also call guards, so perhaps this was the problem with your test?
