Selling Tower/Patio/Small - all in close proximity!

Ideal for a small-medium guild town, all 3 spots are low spawn, almost zero traffic, close to brit and destard, no other houses between the 3 other than an unused small by the lake. space in front of all houses, no other houses on same screen as patio or tower.

Would prefer to sell as a group but will accept seperate offers depending on the job lot bids. Starting bid for all 3 is equivalent deeds + 3 small deeds.

I would prefer public bids but I appreciate a degree of anonymity required when build property, and will accept private bids too, but only as a PM on the forum.

It is! Will be sad to leave but we just need more space as a guild now..

I've had private offers on all houses seperately, deed +2 smalls for tower, deed+3 for the patio, and deed +10k for small.
