Since I'm not really playing - I will try to get this tower sold.
I'm not going to emtpy the tower. The items in it, will be sold with the tower.
So why am I asking this price? Well - there's alot of items in the tower.. see further down
The price for all of this is:
2 tower deeds + Large brick deed.
Duration of auction: a few days - or if i get a good offer.
I reserve the right not to sell.
First, the tower:
The tower itself is placed in a very nice location - There's some trafic in the area, but not alot - Atleast not when
I was playing a lot. There's a few spawns - Not something that will piss you off.
Only neighboor is the keep south of the tower - The keep is empty pretty much and the owner is not playing, besides refreshing it.
You can mine the f*** out of the mountains next to the tower - Never had anyone comming to PK while i GM'ed my blacksmith.

I've got a nice little collection of rares - its not AWESOME, but it's a collection.
I also have some seasonal stuff - that is kinda funny.
Here's a view of the stuff in my room with rares - and some not rares, but they completed the room in my opinion

Black dying tub.

The little chocolate rabbit placed on the cloth, on the floor.

As you can see, this is not an AWESOME collection - but it's some.
Weapons...
There's some Vanq weaps.
A good collection of silver weapons.

Force weapons - which i should have vendored or thrown out :p
100+ GM crafted Hallys.
A good collection of magic items - Only saved; Spell reflect, invis, and blessing items.
