Secluded Tower w/ small for sale - Price reduced

This secluded Tower and small combination is for sale.
As you can see the neighbors are a little ways off. There is occasional spawn of a harpy, ettin, etc.
The small house in front is in this package due to the fact that it can only be placed while the tower is down. I figure if you want to keep it you can or you can drop it and not have to worry about someone placing another one on your doorstep.

Opening bid: Tower + 2 smalls
Bid increments of 10K.
Buyout: Keep deed
