I would like to start selling bulk boards and ingots but I don't have a vendor. Is the safest way to do this with a broker and, if so, how do I find one?

For resources like this, what I recomend is ask for payment up front, and THEN deliver the goods (that's pretty much regular practice anyway). However, if the buyer does not want to comply with this request, I'd strongly suggest using a broker. Jump on IRC and look for: Atraxi, Blackfoot, Brules, Kelektra, SirEricKain (just "Kain" on IRC) and Telamon are the ones that are active and come to mind.
