A spy within the Orc camp has revealed to me a little bit more about the meaning of today's encounter with one of the Ettin General's. Many moons ago in a meeting between the Orcs and Ettins, there arose a leader among the Ettins calling himself Vorgog the Destroyer. The spy said Vorgog began inquiring into the black magic the Orcs possess. Always eager for tribute the Orc leaders said that silver is the tribute for them to pass on the knowledge of their black magic.

The spy said that Vorgog had a large amount of silver to give but it was not enough. The Orcs took it the tribute and passed on only part of their knowledge and told Vorgog he must come up with more silver to receive more. Vorgog had sent one of his two generals to warn those who would dare disrupt their operation.

Part of Vorgog's army is in transit along with both of his generals, Garn and Booro. And will be arriving in the area over the next couple days.
