The exploit that allowed people to gain magic resistance using blade spirits without taking damage from the blade spirits has been fixed.

It was fixed after our cut-off date ^^

This particular bug/exploit is actually part of a much greater process involving most field spells and their Z axis. For example, the old energy field damage exploit used in certain locations that became very popular when small towers were implemented when UOR hit is a part of it. Running through a blade spirit triggered a very similar resist gain check like that exploit. The same exploits can and may have already been stripped from the demo. Pretty sure Derrick said this would be corrected one day eventually.
