Ok...not worth a million, but worth way more then 250k like the poster below stated.
Should go for 500k. I would not let it go for less. I rare hunt, serious rare hunter, and i can vouch how hard this is to get. And competition is worse then ever, the location is practically ghosted around the clock by several ghosts.
Good luck if you think you can get it just popping into the spawn now and again.
