Can someone explain how reflect items work exactly? Does it drain charges while wearing or does it drain 1 charge per spell reflected? I had thought you could pop one on, get a reflect, and take the item off but it seems as soon as you take the item off the reflect is gone.

Equipping the item activates the reflect property, as soon as you take it off your reflect will be disabled. Believe it drains 1 charge every 5-6 seconds while it's equipped, so it's best to use them properly or you'll end up blowing all your charges in a minute or two.
